DOKTORS will use all available precautions to protect Personal Information.
The basic policy to protect Personal Information is as follows:

1. Collection of Personal Information:
   DOKTORS will never collect one's Personal Information without one's consent. The purpose of the collection will be clarified and the collection will be made only in the extent of necessity.
2. Use, presentation and consignment of Personal Information:
   DOKTORS will use one's Personal Information in the extent of one's consent and will never disclose or provide one's Personal Information without one's consent to a third party except at the request of law enforcement agencies, legitimate demand from public offices, or in an emergency evacuation. Outsourcing of Personal Information will be done under our strict supervision only.
3. Risk Management of Personal Information:
   DOKTORS will implement appropriate safety measures in physical, technical and institutional areas in order to prevent illegal access to Personal Information as well as to protect loss, data destruction, falsification, and leakage of Personal Information.
4. Observation of the Law dealing with Personal Information and other Regulations:
   DOKTORS acknowledges the importance of Personal Information and the Basic Principles, and will abide by the law dealing with Personal Information, the Compliance Program and any other Regulations.
5. Continuous improvement on the Compliance Program:
   DOKTORS will continuously improve the Compliance Program to implement appropriate Personal Information Protection in line with the changes of inside and outside circumstances.

The purpose of DOKTORS to collect patient's Personal Information is as follows:
The collected Personal Information will not be used or provided or consigned to a third party for purposes other than as described below without patient's consent.

     -For Accounting purposes.
     -For necessary analyses and reports to improve the quality of service, ensure safety, and to prevent any accidents at DOKTORS.
     -For Information provided at the request of tenants of DOKTORS.

   • Among Management's operation of the medical mall
     -Questionnaires on patients satisfaction and for business improvement. Information provided to other business entity
   • Among Management's operations of DOKTORS
     -Information will be provided to external auditing organizations.
